    What makes us different:  Our Dedication to you and your family during the loss of your beloved companion.  We make sure your pet is returned in a timely manner. We spend personal time with our clients.

    We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year.   You can count on us to be there in  your time of need. We provide a personal service to  meet the needs of you and your family during the loss of your beloved companion.  Our removal vehicles are clearly marked and identifiable.     Mike and Mary Carter are the owners  of Tender Heart Pet Memorial. We share a deep love for our pets, and being pet parents we understand the devastation that pet parents experience during the loss of a  beloved pet.


  Mike and Mary reside in  Lexington, Kentucky with their Yorkie Poo Bijou, A sweet Morkie named Bella, and a beautiful cat named Nemo. Mike was formerly in the Air Force, and Mary has many years of experience in health care, she has worked as a Realtor since 2004, and a Health Care Finance Program Advisor since 2001. Mary currently is the Office Manager and Financial Coordinator for Dr. Glenn Sutherland.     


  Our extended family, Geoff and Joanna reside in Lexington, Ky with their two young children, Natalie and Grayson, their loving  (Boxer) Blaze, and their rescue kitty New Year from the Nicholasville Save Center. Geoff works as a Realtor, and is active on the Jessamine Co. YMCA board. Joanna specializes in Interior Decorating and she is a  wonderful mother to their two children.


  We are proud and honored to provide a facility, and a 24/7 service (mirroring the traditional funeral home for humans) for all pet lovers in Central Kentucky, and surrounding counties. No one should have to experience the loss of a pet alone. We are there when you need us, and promise to provide support during and after the loss of your pet.  To Better serve our clients, we have installed  a State of the Art Crematory  on site at Tender Heart Pet Memorial. We want all of our clients to know that they are welcome to tour our facility, and be present  during the cremation process. Your trust is very important to us.
